Important Information: Your balance is due 7 days before the event. Bookings made less than seven days prior will require payment in full.

Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At CT Media Services, we recognize that planning an event demands careful preparation and coordination. Our mission is to deliver a professional and dependable digital photo booth experience while keeping our booking process simple.

Reservations & Deposits

A reservation deposit is necessary to secure your digital photo booth rental. Contact 916-915-3801 for deposit details.

- Mini Event: $75 deposit

- Standard Event: $100 deposit

- Extended Event: $150 deposit

Deposits will be deducted from the total rental price and are not additional charges.

Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive the required deposit and your booking details have been approved by CT Media Services.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due seven (7) calendar days before your scheduled event. For bookings made within seven days of the event, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform CT Media Services in writing as soon as possible.

- 14 or more days before your event: All payments will be refunded.

- 7–13 days before your event: Cancellation charges will be limited to amounts allowed under the booking agreement and applicable law. The remaining payments will be refunded.

- Less than 7 days before your event: Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the circumstances, documented costs, and applicable law.

If CT Media Services cancels your reservation and cannot provide the contracted services, all payments for those services will be refunded.

Event Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing an appropriate location for the digital photo booth, including adequate space and access to electrical power when needed. Additional travel charges or special setup requirements will be communicated before the reservation is confirmed.
